Dashboard

The first screen your team sees each morning.

Everyone

A short summary of what needs attention today: active students, open enquiries, outstanding fees, attendance and open tickets, with charts for the last six months.

Step by step

  1. Sign in and you land on the dashboard automatically.
  2. Click any figure at the top to jump straight into that section.
  3. Use the quick action buttons to add an enquiry, find a student, schedule a session, record a payment or raise a ticket.
  4. Check the follow-ups and overdue fee lists before you start the day.

Good to know

  • Figures only include your own institution; nobody can see another institution's numbers.
  • Cards you cannot see are hidden because your department does not use that area.

Who can see and do what

Every colleague belongs to a department and has one of two access levels. Institution boundaries are enforced by the database itself, so nobody can reach another institution's records.

Staff

Day to day work: adding enquiries, students, sessions, marks, fees and tickets in their own department.

Management

Everything staff can do, plus reports, team invitations, institution settings and the activity trail.
